Custom Code (brand of SiSprocom GmbH) (creator of “LLMS.txt Architect” Shopify app) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Our Shopify apps do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information from your store or its customers unless explicitly required for the app's functionality.

We only access the minimum necessary data to deliver our services, and we never sell or share your information with third parties. All data access is governed by Shopify's API and privacy guidelines.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The LLMS.txt Architect app and all content generated by it (including but not limited to llms.txt files) are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content generated by our app before making it publicly available. We make no warranty that the generated llms.txt files will accurately represent your products, collections, or store information, or that they will be suitable for any specific use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Custom Code, SiSprocom GmbH, or its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading generated content
• Any damages resulting from your reliance on the generated llms.txt files
• Any damages caused by third parties (including AI systems) interpreting or acting upon the generated content

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

User Responsibilities

By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing
• You will verify the accuracy of product information, prices, and descriptions in generated files
• You assume all risks associated with the use of automatically generated content
• You will not hold us liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the generated content

By installing and using the LLMS.txt Architect app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our app.
